DEVELOPMENT SITES
This forms the larger part of the practice workload where developers instruct us to maximise the development value of a site.
This involves a feasibility study to assess the site in terms of national, regional and local planning policies and negotiating a planning permission through pre-application advice. It can also involve planning appeals if planning permission is refused.
