A staggered extension approved under prior approval provided the clients with a new, open-plan, vibrant living space perfect for their growing family. A bold red brick highlights the window reveals and forms planting at the base of the wall, standing out against the white rendered facade.

Internally, a more toned-down palette of materials is used, with the rear wall formed in brick and earthy green tones for the kitchen. The clients are delighted with the extension, which stands out among other rear extensions as different and unique.
