An attractive contrast to the red brick below

One of Lees Architects’ first-ever projects had the potential to add three additional flats on top of an existing block of nine flats.

Haringey approved the scheme on the first attempt, vastly improving the aesthetic of the existing block of flats. Grey zinc was used, complementing the scheme’s existing windows.

The zinc also provided an attractive contrast to the red brick below.
